Managing Partner & Chief Strategy Officer
Tony O'Brien is a senior operator with three decades of experience building and scaling sales and operations organizations across complex, regulated markets. At Fyntra AI, he helps leaders fix the operating system beneath the pipeline — the discipline that determines whether the year hits its number — and embeds AI where it produces verifiable operating leverage.
I work with founders, owners, and executive teams who need their organizations to perform more like the business they intend to run. My focus is the operating spine — the place where strategy, sales, and execution either compound or leak. At Fyntra, that work increasingly involves embedding AI to produce a verifiable outcome: faster lead capture, sharper qualification, more disciplined follow-up, and forecasts that leadership can actually plan against. The tools are new. The operating principles are not.
Track Record: Built and scaled a 400-person sales organization at Glacial Energy across 13 deregulated energy markets, driving monthly revenue to $30M. Senior Partner & Head of Information Technology
Madison Nelson is the Senior Partner and Head of Information Technology at Fyntra AI. A mission-driven IT leader with 18 years of experience in delivering secure communications, Tier I/II support, and network administration within globally distributed U.S. Navy environments.
Known for calm execution in high-tempo, mission-critical settings, she combines technical depth with a service-first mindset. Throughout her career, Madison has led practical, outcomes-focused improvements that elevate both system performance and user capability, reducing help desk tickets by 30% and maintaining 99.9% uptime across over 55 regional units.
Her hands-on expertise includes Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft enterprise platforms, mobile device management, virtualization, network monitoring and troubleshooting, and secure communications. She currently serves as a Mobile Communications Supervisor with SOCOM Seal Team 18 (U.S. Navy Reserves) and is completing a B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Sydney Franklin is the Director of Operations at Fyntra AI, where she oversees operational execution across internal systems, client coordination, workflow management, and delivery support. She helps convert strategy into organized action, ensuring projects progress smoothly, stakeholders remain aligned, and operational standards stay high as the company expands.
At Fyntra AI, this kind of operational leadership is central to the business model: coordinating follow-up, managing production timelines, organizing summaries and supporting materials, and facilitating client engagements from initial conversations through content development and delivery.
Sydney supports the execution layer behind client-facing work, helping maintain consistency across communications, handoffs, preparation, and delivery. She takes pride in being the first line of defense for all client needs — ensuring clients receive polished materials on time and that every engagement is handled with precision and professionalism.
