Anthony (Tony) O'Brien has spent 30 years doing one thing: building revenue engines that scale. He has recruited and led 400-person sales forces, run a proprietary hedge fund for 19 years, founded a top 10 commercial lender, and now installs the same pipeline infrastructure — rebuilt for the AI era — for B2B companies that need predictable growth.

His career is a track record of commercializing complex products in competitive markets. At Prudential Bache Securities, he rose to Senior Vice President and Head of Institutional Sales. In 1989, he founded Spinnaker Partners, a proprietary hedge fund that he successfully ran for nearly two decades before selling it to a major bank. At Glacial Energy, he built a 400-person sales organization across 13 deregulated states, driving monthly revenues to $30 million. As Managing Director of SFE/FE Energy (a Summitt Energy subsidiary), he led the go-to-market entry of two energy brands into the Commercial & Industrial segment. He also founded RealEstateLender.com, which grew to become the eighth-largest commercial lender in the country.

Today, Tony applies that operator experience to a different problem: most B2B companies don't have an offer problem — they have a pipeline problem. Tony is the author of three books: Comprehensive Guide to Private Money Markets (2021, bestseller), Artificial Intelligence — Navigating the Future of Business and Society (2025), and Build an AI Ready Playbook. His writing reflects the same philosophy as his operating career: practical frameworks over theoretical models, measurable outcomes over good intentions.

Madison Nelson is the Senior Partner and Head of Information Technology at Fyntra AI. A mission-driven IT leader with 18 years of experience in delivering secure communications, Tier I/II support, and network administration within globally distributed U.S. Navy environments.

Known for calm execution in high-tempo, mission-critical settings, she combines technical depth with a service-first mindset. Throughout her career, Madison has led practical, outcomes-focused improvements that elevate both system performance and user capability, reducing help desk tickets by 30% and maintaining 99.9% uptime across over 55 regional units.

Her hands-on expertise includes Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft enterprise platforms, mobile device management, virtualization, network monitoring and troubleshooting, and secure communications. She currently serves as a Mobile Communications Supervisor with SOCOM Seal Team 18 (U.S. Navy Reserves) and is completing a B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Sydney Franklin is the Director of Operations at Fyntra AI, where she oversees operational execution across internal systems, client coordination, workflow management, and delivery support. She helps convert strategy into organized action, ensuring projects progress smoothly, stakeholders remain aligned, and operational standards stay high as the company expands.
